Yoga creates freedom and comfort in movement. Through a focus on breathing with that movement, yoga can also help us become more self-aware as we connect first to our bodies and then, through the body, ourselves. A regular yoga practice can bring a sense of calm and wholeness in addition to improving overall health and fitness levels.
