Yoga with Maureen

I teach anyone who has an interest in yoga. My approach to teaching allows students room to make their practice what they want it to be. You will enjoy my classes if you want to practice yoga in an environment that is open to anyone, relaxed but challenging, and does not dictate what yoga is or should be.

Your interest may be in yoga purely as a form of physical fitness, yoga for calm and mindfulness or a deeper spiritual interest. Alternatively you may be a complete beginner and not yet sure what to expect from yoga. Regardless, I will help you practice in a way that is comfortable and appropriately challenging for you.

I have taught at retreats and in smaller groups. I specialise in working one to one with students and with couples. I enjoy these small sessions as I believe students get the most out of their time and I can truly support individual needs.
